The Spannring Schnellverschluss, also called a quick release connector, is a mechanism that is adopted for the easy, secure, and fast assembling of clamping rings. The Spannring Schnellverschluss consists of a comfortable handle riveted with saddle parts for welding on the ring, 2 turning parts connected with an M6 bolt which is adjustable for clamping force. Auwell also produces the hinge parts for the closing side.

For Spannring Schnellverschluss assembling, the riveting process needs to be carried out under certain forces and fixtures, making sure that the force applied to the handle is within a certain level for comfortable operation and security. If the riveting process is not performed correctly, the fast connector for the clamping rings would be distorted which will negatively affect the function and appearance of the fast connector.
