Sand casting, also known as 모래 molded casting, is a metal casting process characterized by using 모래로mold재료. 중력 주조는 금속 및 금속 합금을 제조하는 가장 오래된 알려진 공정 중 하나입니다. 그것은 녹은 금속을crucible가압 된 가스, 진공을 사용하지 않고 중력의 힘으로 만 주형에원심력. 

사형 주조는 일반적으로 다른 주조법에 적합하지 않은 크기가 상당히 큰 부품에 사용되거나 중력 주조로 만들 가치가없는 부품의 수량이 매우 적습니다. 중력 주조는 표면 품질과 생산성이 높은 강철 주형을 사용합니다.

We are able to develop copper casting parts from traditional 모래 casting technology (aluminum tooling), gravity casting (Steel tooling), shell tooling casting and low pressure casting. We have professional manufacture specially for after-casting process including machining, fine 모래-blasting, powder coating and polishing.
