Description

Clamping rings from Auwell’s product line is the mechanism that join/duct 2 pipes together linearly by clamping the pre flared pipe edges.

The clamping ring is formed by a flat steel bar to the desired shape and diameter.  It consists 2 half rings, the closing side is connected by a screw bolt or hinge, the opening side also has 2 ways of assembly - the screw mechanism or quick release (fast connector) mechanism. For both assembling methods, the ring can be tightened and adjusted to the desired tightness.

일반적으로 클램핑 링의 직경은 80mm에서 630mm까지이며 링의 프로파일은 U 자형, V 자형 또는 고객의 요청에 따라 맞춤 제작 될 수 있습니다. 링의 두께는 1mm에서 3mm까지 다양합니다. 파이프 라인이 액체 수송 용인 경우 림 씰이 사용되며 씰 재질은 최대 4.5bar의 최대 압력으로 NBR 또는 실리콘이 될 수 있습니다.

하프 클램핑 링 부품은 새들 (스탬핑 부품), 힌지 및 빠른 커넥터로 맞대기 용접 후 수동 용접으로 조립되어 보강됩니다. 2 개의 반쪽을 조립하기 전에 탄소강 또는 스테인리스 강 부품의 경우 요청에 따라 각각 아연 도금 및 쇼트 블라스팅을 적용 할 수 있습니다.
